Butter Garlic Fish

INGREDIENTS

  • 1 slab of fish fillet
  • Black pepper as per taste
  • Salt as per taste
  • 50 gm of melted butter
  • Garlic
  • Rosemary & Coriander

HOW TO PREPARE BUTTER GARLIC FISH

    Pat dry the fish using a tissue paper.
  2. 2

    Over a foil paper, place the fish.
  3. 3

    Add black pepper and salt as per taste.
  4. 4

    On a mixing base, add melted butter, a mix of garlic rosemary and coriander and mix it nicely.
  5. 5

    Shift the fish fillet over a cross aluminium foil.
  6. 6

    Pour the butter mixture and spread it nicely.
  7. 7

    Wrap the foil around the fish.
  8. 8

    Barbeque the fish for 15 - 20 minutes.
  9. 9

    For plating, add mashed potatoes in a bowl.
  10. 10

    Add chopped parsley, salt and black pepper as per taste and mix it nicely.

    Add the potato mixture in a plate.
  12. 12

    Add stir-fried vegetables.
  13. 13

    Cut the fish into pieces and serve.
