  • 2 tbsp Ghee; 1 tsp Oil; 1 tsp cumin Seeds; 2 tsp Ginger; 2 tsp Garlic; 1 tsp Red Chilli powder; 1 tsp Coriander powder; 1 tsp Turmeric powder; 1 Cup Onions; Salt; ½ Cup Tomato pulp; 1 Cup Tomato puree; 2 tbsp Hung Curd; 1 tbsp All Ground Spice; 2 tbsp Kastoori Methi powder; 150 gms Chicken Tikka; 1 tbsp White Butter; Salt

  • 1 Cup Refined Flour; 2 tsp Red Chilli powder; Salt; 1 tbsp Kastoori Methi powder; 1 Egg

  • Cheese Chilli Toast; Green Apple

    Procedure to make Butter Chicken Lasagna: In a heated pan add ghee, oil, cumin seeds, chopped garlic, chopped ginger, red chilli powder, coriander powder, turmeric powder, chopped onions and mix it.

    Add salt, ghee and mix it.

    Add half masala in another bowl to use it later.
  4. 4

    Add fresh tomato pulp in the masala pan.
  5. 5

    Add hung curd, all ground spice and cover it with lid.
  6. 6

    When the masala is cooked add Kasuri methi powder, shredded chicken tikka, chicken marination, white butter, white salt.

    In a bowl add refined flour, red chilli powder, salt, Kasuri methi powder, egg and prepare a dough.

    In a pan add water and salt.

    On a flat surface put the dough and with rolling pin roll it.

    Put the dough in a pasta maker and roll it.
  11. 11

    Cut them into thin sheets.
  12. 12

    Put the sheet in the water pan and blanch them for 10 seconds.

    In a bowl, place the sheet, add masala, grated cheese, layer it with another sheet, add grated cheese, butter chicken, layer it with another sheet.

    Add sauce, add grated cheese.

    Bake it in the preheated oven for 20 minutes at 180' C.

    Garnish it with cheese chilli toast, sliced green apple and Butter Chicken Lasagna is ready to serve.
