INGREDIENTS

  • 3 Yellow
  • Green and Red bell peppers
  • 1 tsp chopped garlic
  • 1 cup chopped tomatoes
  • 2 tbsp chopped jalapenos
  • ½ shot glass lemon juice
  • salt
  • 2 to 3 tbsp olive oil
  • Nachos

HOW TO PREPARE BURNT PEPPER SALSA

    Grill the bell peppers on a grill plate for sometime.

    Peel and discard the seeds.
  3. 3

    Finely chop the bell peppers and set aside.
  4. 4

    Heat oil in a pan and add chopped garlic, tomatoes and jalapenos.

    Season with salt.

    Toss the mixture well and further cook for 2 to 3 minutes.

    Add the finely chopped bell peppers and lemon juice.

    Stir and cook for 2 to 3 minutes.
