Burhanpur Ki Jalebi

INGREDIENTS

  • 1 cup all purpose flour
  • 1 cup water
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 3 green cardamom
  • 1 cup khoya
  • cardamom powder
  • oil
  • pistachios

HOW TO PREPARE BURHANPUR KI JALEBI

  1. 1

    Make a batter of all purpose flour, Water and leave it rest for 1 hour.
  2. 2

    In a bowl add khoya, cardamom powder and mix well.
  3. 3

    Add this to flour batter and beat it rest for an hour.
  4. 4

    Transfer batter in jalebi cloth and make spirals from the batter
  5. 5

    Deep fry jalebi till dark brown.
  6. 6

    Make a sugar syrup and add green cardamom.
  7. 7

    Put Jalebi in sugar syrup.
  8. 8

    Rest in sugar syrup for 12 to 15 minutes.
  9. 9

    Sprinkle silver pearls and pistachios.
