INGREDIENTS

  • 150 grams minced chicken
  • 3 quail eggs
  • Salt as per taste
  • 1 onion
  • 1 boiled beetroot
  • 1/2 tbsp mustard sauce
  • 1 tsp vinegar
  • 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
  • 2 - 3 tbsp olive oil
  • 3 - 4 burger buns
  • 1 tsp oil
  • 1 iceberg lettuce
  • 4 - 5 cheese slices

PREPARATION

    In a bowl, add minced chicken, quail eggs and mix it well. Add salt as per taste and leave it aside for 5 minutes. Slice onion and grated a boiled beetroot on a plate.

    In a bowl, add mustard sauce, vinegar, grated beetroot and mix it well. To the chicken, add breadcrumbs and mix it well.

    In a heated pan, add olive oil. Apply oil on hands and prepare a patty and shallow fry it in the pan.

    Cut the burger buns into halves. Heat a grilling pan and grease it with oil. Lightly toast the burger buns.

    To the base of the burger, add lettuce leaves, chicken patty, onion slices. Add cheese slices, cover it with a toasted bun and secure it using a toothpick.

    Serve the burger with pickled beetroot.
