INGREDIENTS

  • For Bunny Chow: 1 Onion
  • 3 tbsp Oil
  • 2 tbsp Garlic
  • 1 tsp Ginger
  • 1 tsp Coriander powder
  • 1 tsp Red Chilli powder
  • ½ Cup Tomatoes
  • 1 Cup Potatoes
  • ½ Cup Soya Chunks
  • 1 tsp All Ground Spice
  • 1 tsp Cumin powder
  • ½ tsp Turmeric powder
  • Salt
  • 1 Loaf Garlic Bread
  • 1 tbsp Oil
  • 3 tbsp Cheese
  • Fresh Coriander
  • Pickled Cucumber

HOW TO PREPARE BUNNY CHOW

    Procedure to make Bunny Chow: Finely chop the onions.

    In a heated pan add oil, chopped garlic, chopped ginger and fry it till it turns golden.
  3. 3

    Add sliced onions, coriander powder, red chilli powder, chopped tomatoes and mixed it.
  4. 4

    Add diced boiled potatoes, soaked soya chunks, all ground spice, cumin powder, turmeric powder and mix it.

    Add salt.

    Cut the garlic bread into two.
  7. 7

    Empty the breadcrumbs from the middle, add oil and put it in the oven for 2 - 3 minutes.

    Stuff the bread with grated cheese, add fresh coriander leaves, cooked vegetable.

    Garnish it with pickled cucumber, crushed black pepper and Bunny Chow is ready to serve.
