  • FOR the batter
  • 1½ cup Refined flour
  • 1 tbsp icing sugar
  • 1 tbsp cocoa powder
  • ½ tbsp baking powder
  • 1 tbsp Unsalted white butter
  • Salt to taste
  • 250mlcondensed milk
  • 1 tbsp Olive oil
  • ½ cup buttermilk
  • 4–5 tbsp coffee decoction
  • FOR the coffee decoction
  • Water as required
  • 3 tsp coffee powder
  • 2 tbsp powdered sugar
  • Salt to taste
  • ¼ tbsp cocoa powder
  • FOR the glaze
  • 1 cup chocolate chopped
  • 2 tbsp Unsalted white butter
  • ½ tbsp Olive oil
  • 3 tsp sour cream
  • ¼ tsp Vanilla syrup
  • ½ cup icing sugar
  • FOR garnish
  • Vanilla syrup
  • cream cheese

    Keep a heavy-bottomed pan containing water and a perforated plate for heating, and close the pan with a lid.

    This set-up is similar to that of a steamer.
  3. 3

    In another pan, heat some water and add coffee powder, powdered sugar and a pinch of salt to it, to form a coffee decoction.
  4. 4

    In a bowl, take refined flour, icing sugar, cocoa powder, baking powder, white unsalted butter, a pinch of salt, olive oil, buttermilk, 4 to 5 tbsp of coffee decoction and condensed milk.

    Mix the ingredients well and pour the batter into bundt moulds.
  6. 6

    Place the moulds in the pre-heated pan and steam them for 20 minutes.
  7. 7

    The remaining decoction must be now made to a glaze form.
  8. 8

    For this, heat the sour cream, chopped chocolate, white unsalted butter, icing sugar and vanilla syrup.

    Stir well and let it cook.
  10. 10

    Remove the bundt cake from the mould and dip the cakes in the prepared glaze.
  11. 11

    Garnish the cake with some vanilla syrup and cream cheese.
