INGREDIENTS

  • 500 gm boneless lamb
  • 1 tbsp finely chopped ginger
  • 1 tbsp finely garlic
  • 2 tsp white sesame seeds
  • 1 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp gochujang paste
  • 1 pear (grated)
  • 2 tsp sesame oil
  • to taste salt
  • 1 large green chilli
  • 1 onion
  • 1 stalk spring onion
  • For accompaniments
  • 1 cup cooked sticky rice
  • For garnish
  • processed chees
  • sliced carrot
  • spring onion
  • white sesame seeds

PREPARATION

    Slice the pieces of lamb and it to a bowl.

    Add chopped ginger, garlic, salt as per taste, white sesame seeds, soya sauce, gochujang paste and mix it well.

    Add chopped pear and mix again.

    Add oil on a grilling pan. Fry the lamb pieces.
  5. 5

    Add the vegetable on the grilling pan.
  6. 6

    Add sticky rice on a plate.
  7. 7

    Add processed cheese, fried lamb.
  8. 8

    Garnish with carrot and spring onion, vegetables and sesame seeds.
