  • bugga fish
  • salt
  • raw mango slices
  • turmeric powder
  • cloves
  • black peppercorns

HOW TO PREPARE BUGGA CURRY

  1. 1

    In a pan, add water and let it boil. Roast the garlic cloves in the flame. Add the fish in the boiling water.
  2. 2

    Add salt, raw mango slices. Add crushed turmeric, cloves and black peppercorns.
  3. 3

    Add the crushed, roasted garlic and leave it to boil for 5 minutes.
  4. 4

    Serve the Bugga Curry hot.
