Brownies With Fudge & Salt
Spongy dark chocolate fudge brownies with a dash of peppermint and sea salt!

INGREDIENTS

  • 300 ml water
  • Salt
  • 1 tbsp Olive oil
  • ½ Slab Dark Chocolate
  • ½ Slab White Chocolate
  • 3 Eggs
  • 2 tbsp Castor Sugar
  • 1 tbsp Unsalted Butter
  • 100 gms Fudge
  • ½ cup All Purpose Flour
  • Sea salt
  • peppermint leaves

HOW TO PREPARE BROWNIES WITH FUDGE & SALT

  1. 1

    In a heavy bottom pan boil water.
  2. 2

    Add salt, olive oil and stir well.
  3. 3

    place a bowl over pan.
  4. 4

    Melt Dark Chocolate, White Chocolate.
  5. 5

    Add Castor Sugar, Unsalted Butter and mix well.
  6. 6

    In another bowl whisk eggs.
  7. 7

    Add Chocolate mixture and mix well.
  8. 8

    Add crumbled Fudge, all Purpose Flour, Sea salt and mix well.
  9. 9

    Grease baking dish with olive oil.
  10. 10

    Dust all Purpose Flour.
  11. 11

    Pour brownie mixture.
  12. 12

    Sprinkle Sea salt.
  13. 13

    Bake for 18 to 20 minutes at 200 C.
  14. 14

    Garnish with Sea salt, peppermint leaves.
