  • 1 ½ cup Refined flour
  • 2 tbsp butter (room temperature)
  • 1 tbsp cocoa powder
  • ½ cup brown sugar
  • 2 tbsp chocolate chips
  • ½ tsp Vanilla syrup
  • 1 tbsp Olive oil
  • 2 tsp icing sugar (optional)
  • 200 ml condensed milk
  • FOR garnish
  • chocolate chips

    In a large bowl, add refined flour, butter, cocoa powder, brown sugar, chocolate chips, vanilla essence, olive oil and icing sugar.

    Ensure the icing sugar is added in the right quantity, or your brownie will turn hard on baking.

    Mix the ingredients well --- the consistency should be similar to that of breadcrumbs.

    Add water as required.

    The batter must be semi-thick and not flowing.

    It should be sticky and a little moist.

    Add condensed milk for moisture.
  8. 8

    The batter will now assume flowing consistency.

    Pour the batter into your favourite mug and tap it.

    Top it with chocolate chips and bake the brownie for two minutes.

    Your yummy brownie is now ready.
