For the tikki: In a mixing bowl add soaked and cooked brown rice, grated carrot, chopped spring onion, chopped onions, chopped ginger, brown chickpeas, wheat flour, salt, red chilli powder, roasted cumin powder and bread crumbs.
Mix them well.
Take small portion from the mixture and make tikkis.
Coat the tikkis with bread crumbs.
Heat oil in a saucepan and shallow fry the tikkis.
For the beetroot sauce: Heat a pan.
Add beetroot paste honey, salt, crushed black pepper and white vinegar.
Mix it well.
For the plating: Place the tikki on a plate and top it off with yogurt and the prepared beetroot sauce.
Garnish it with spring onion stalk and a sprig of coriander leaf.
