INGREDIENTS

  • 1½ cups brown rice poha
  • water
  • 1 sliced onion
  • 2 to 3 chopped green chillies
  • 1 tbsp chopped ginger
  • 2 to 3 tbsp Peanuts
  • 1 tbsp sunflower lite oil
  • ½ tsp mustard seeds
  • salt
  • ½ tsp turmeric powder
  • ½ tsp red chilli powder
  • 2 to 3 tbsp Peanuts crushed
  • 2 tbsp coriander leaves
  • 5 to 6 chopped cherry Tomatoes
  • 2 tbsp bean sprouts
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • 2 wedges watermelon
  • 1 plum baked
  • 1 wedge orange
  • 2 sprigs curry leaves

PREPARATION

    Soak brown rice poha in water for some time. In a pan heat sunflower oil. Add mustard seeds chopped ginger, green chillies, and onion, salt, turmeric powder, red chilli powder, soaked brown rice poha, crushed peanuts, chopped coriander leaves, cherry tomatoes, bean sprouts, and lemon juice. Mix well. Serve poha with watermelon wedges baked plum, orange wedge, and raita. Garnish with curry leaves.
