INGREDIENTS

  • 7 to 8 blanched broccoli florets
  • 2 tbsp hung curd
  • 1 tsp red chilli powder
  • 1 tsp All ground spice
  • 2 tsp ginger garlic paste
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1 tbsp oil
  • salt
  • chaat masala
  • fresh salad
  • green chutney

HOW TO PREPARE BROCCOLI TANDOORI

    Blanch the broccoli florets in hot water for one minute and then transfer to cold water so that the broccoli florets remain fresh.

    For the marinade, add hung curd to a bowl.
  3. 3

    Mix with red chilli powder all ground spice, salt, ginger garlic paste, lemon juice, and a some oil.
  4. 4

    Marinate the broccoli with the marinade and refrigerate for 1 to 2 hours.
  5. 5

    Grilling the broccoli florets in a pre heated oven at the highest temperature (225 C) for 5 to 10 minutes.
  6. 6

    Sprinkle some chaat masala over the broccoli tandoori and serve it with fresh salad and green chutney.
