INGREDIENTS

  • 2 papads halved and roasted
  • 1 tsp oil
  • 3 boiled and diced potato
  • ½ cup blanched and diced broccoli
  • ½ tsp garlic paste
  • ½ tsp ginger paste
  • 1 tsp cumin powder
  • ½ tsp turmeric powder
  • 1 tsp chaat masala
  • ½ tsp red chilli powder
  • salt

PREPARATION

    Dice the boiled potatoes and blanched broccoli. Halve the papads and roast it slightly in a pan and immediately fold the papads into a cone. Place the cones in shot glasses and keep aside. For the filling, heat oil in a pan and add ginger paste, garlic paste, diced potatoes and broccoli. Give a quick stir. Add cumin powder, turmeric powder, chaat masala, red chilli powder, and salt. Mix well and turn off the flame. Stuff the filling in the cones and serve.
