INGREDIENTS

  • 2 papads halved and roasted
  • 1 tsp oil
  • 3 boiled and diced potato
  • ½ cup blanched and diced broccoli
  • ½ tsp garlic paste
  • ½ tsp ginger paste
  • 1 tsp cumin powder
  • ½ tsp turmeric powder
  • 1 tsp chaat masala
  • ½ tsp red chilli powder
  • salt

HOW TO PREPARE BROCCOLI PAPADUM CONES

    Dice the boiled potatoes and blanched broccoli.
  2. 2

    Halve the papads and roast it slightly in a pan and immediately fold the papads into a cone.
  3. 3

    Place the cones in shot glasses and keep aside.
  4. 4

    For the filling, heat oil in a pan and add ginger paste, garlic paste, diced potatoes and broccoli.
  5. 5

    Give a quick stir.
  6. 6

    Add cumin powder, turmeric powder, chaat masala, red chilli powder, and salt.
  7. 7

    Mix well and turn off the flame.
