  • 1cup Bajra
  • 2tsp oil
  • 1tsp Finely chopped garlic
  • 1tsp Finely chopped ginger
  • 1tsp Finely chopped spring onions
  • 1cup Chopped broccoli, Salt as required
  • 2tsp Pepper powder
  • 1tsp Lemon juice

HOW TO PREPARE BROCCOLI AND BAJRA

    Boil bajra in a cooker and drain the water.

    In a pan, saut� finely chopped ginger and garlic in the oil.
  3. 3

    Then, add finely chopped spring onion and broccoli, and saut� it.

    Add boiled bajra, salt, pepper powder and lemon juice.
  5. 5

    Mix it well.

    Broccoli and Bajra is ready to serve.
