  • For Brigadeiro:{400 ml 3 tbsp Condensed Milk
  • 3 tbsp Unsweetened Cocoa
  • 1 tbsp Butter}

    Add condensed milk, cocoa and butter in a bowl, stir well to avoid lumps.
  2. 2

    Cook the mixture in a pan on low flame till it thickens and leave sides of thepan,cool the mixture.
  3. 3

    Apply oil to the palms and make small balls of the chocolate mixture, coat some with chocolate sprinkles and some with chopped pistachios.
  4. 4

    Garnish Brigadeiro with orange segments.
