INGREDIENTS

  • For Dough :{1½ cup refined flour
  • 1 tbsp sugar powder
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 1 tsp vanilla essence
  • Water
  • For Topping :{200 gms cream cheese
  • 2 tbsp sugar powder
  • 1 tsp vanilla essence
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 2 Figs
  • 3 strawberries
  • ¼ green apple
  • Chocolate garnish
  • 2 Chocolate strips}

HOW TO PREPARE BREAKFAST PUDDING

  1. 1

    In a blender, add 1 cup cream, ¾ condensed milk, ¼ cup rolled oats, 1 banana and blend well.
  2. 2

    In a baking dish, add ½ cup rolled oats, 2-3 tbsp honey and mix well.
  3. 3

    Trim the sides of 4 bread slices and cut them into pieces.
  4. 4

    Place the pieces in the baking dish.
  5. 5

    Pour the pudding mixture in the dish and place 3 bananas cut into halves on it.
  6. 6

    Drizzle some honey and 2-3 tbsp brown sugar over the bananas.
  7. 7

    Bake the pudding in a preheated oven at 180’C for 12-15 minutes.
