INGREDIENTS

  • 2 tbsp oil
  • 3 chopped onions
  • 9 eggs
  • salt as per taste
  • 4 green chillies
  • grated cheese
  • 300 gm of butter
  • 2 pav
  • 500 gm ghee
  • 1 tsp black pepper powder
  • 2 tbsp clarified butter
  • 1 chopped tomatoes
  • 1 tbsp black olives
  • coriander leaves for garnish

PREPARATION

    In a heated pan, add oil, chopped onions and saute. In a bowl, add eggs and whisk it. To the onions, add salt, chopped green chillies, eggs, grated cheese and cook it.

    In another heated pan, add butter, pav and toast it. Garnish it with chopped coriander leaves and grated cheese.

    In a heated pan, add ghee, butter, finely chopped onion, green chilli, salt as per taste and let it cook. Add eggs and mix it. Add black pepper powder and cook it until it turns brown. Garnish with coriander leaves.

    In a bowl, add egg white and egg yolks separately. To the egg whites, add salt as per taste, black pepper and whisk it. Add the egg whites on a tray and bake it in the preheated oven at 170'C for 7 - 8 minutes. Make a dent on the baked egg and add egg yolk. Bake it again on the same temperature for 3 minutes. Serve it with toasted bread slices.

    In another heated pan, add clarified butter, chopped onions and saute. Add chopped tomatoes, green chilli and mix. In another pan, add a mould. Add onion mixture in it. Add egg, salt as per taste, sliced black olives and let it cook.
