For the stuffing: Heat oil in a pan add sliced onions, chicken sausages, blanched spinach leaves and roasted cumin seeds. Season with salt and pepper. Toss it well. Then, add hung curd to the ingredients. Mix them and keep it aside. For burrito: Heat oil in a pan, add whisked egg and place a chapatti on it. Flip the egg chapatti and sprinkle black pepper and grated cheese from the top. Transfer it from the saucepan into a plate. Place the chicken stuffing lettuce leaves and few sliced jalape os. Roll it up. Garnish it with nachos. For the sauce: In a blender, add tomatoes, oil, sliced jalape os, sliced onions, water, crushed pepper and salt. Grind them until you get a smooth paste. Transfer it from the blender into a bowl. Season it with roasted cumin powder and coriander leaves on it. Serve the burrito with the sauce on the side.
