  • 6 piece of White Bread
  • Milk 2spoon
  • 8-10 Cashew
  • 6_8 Pistachio
  • For chashni 1 cup sugar ,
  • 2 cup water
  • Ghee
  • 2 crushed cardamon
  • Bay leaf

    cut edges of bread .put all the bread in a bowl and add 4 spoon of milk ..make a soft dough.After 15 mint , Make small ball from the dough...On the other hand take a pan, add 1 cup of sugar with 2 cup of water along with cardamon ,bayleaf.put the pan at medium flame for15 mint to make a perfect chashni .On the other side ,take a pan put ghee for deep fry of balls.when oil gets heat then put balls on it.when Balls gets dark brown take off gulab jamun balls and put all jamuns in the chasni.Garnish with dry fruits.
