  • FOR Baked Fish
  • 1 Boneless Fillet Fish
  • 2 Potatoes
  • Oil
  • Salt
  • 1 Tomato
  • 10 to 12 Green Beans
  • Pepper
  • Garam Masala
  • Olive Oil
  • FOR Marination Paste
  • Ginger
  • Garlic
  • Coriander Leaves
  • Mint Leaves
  • Lemon
  • Fresh Coconut

HOW TO PREPARE BREAD FISH

    Grind some ginger, garlic, coriander leaves, mint leaves, lemon juice and fresh coconut into a smooth paste to marinate the fish.

    Take a baking tray and grease with oil.
  3. 3

    Place an aluminium foil in the tray and grease it with oil.
  4. 4

    Add par boiled potato cubes, sliced tomatoes, green beans and season it with salt and pepper.
  5. 5

    Sprinkle garam masala over the vegetables.
  6. 6

    Add a pinch of garam masala to the marination paste.
  7. 7

    Place the fish fillet on the beans and the marination paste on the fish.
  8. 8

    Drizzle olive oil and parcel wrap it.
  9. 9

    Bake it in a preheated oven at 170-180'C for 10-15 minutes.
  10. 10

    Baked fish is ready.
