  • 1 cup yogurt sweetened
  • 4 slices brown bread
  • Chaat masala
  • Red chilli powder
  • black salt
  • water
  • Green chutney
  • Tamarind chutney
  • Coriander leaves

PREPARATION

    Whisk sweetened yogurt well. Soak the bread slices in water and then squeeze out the water. Make vadas from the soaked bread slices. Coat with the yogurt. Place them in a plate. Season the bread dahi vadas with chaat masala red chilli powder, and black salt. Garnish with green chutney, tamarind chutney, and coriander leaves.
