INGREDIENTS

  • 2 cups Green Chana
  • 1 cup milk
  • 4 tbsp ghee
  • 1 cup khoya
  • 4 tbsp sugar
  • 1 tsp Cardamom powder
  • 2 tbsp Cashew and Pistachio

HOW TO PREPARE BOOT KA HALWA

    Make a paste of peeled fresh green chana and milk.
  2. 2

    Heat ghee in a pan, add the paste and stir continuously.
  3. 3

    Add khoya, sugar and cardamom powder.
  4. 4

    In another pan fry dry fruits in ghee and add in the Halwa.
  5. 5

    Stir low flame till khoya and sugar melts.
  6. 6

    Once done garnish with chopped Cashews and serve hot.
