  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 2 tbsp bhuna masala
  • 6eggs
  • 50 gm cheesegrated
  • Salt to taste
  • 1 tsp red chilli powder
  • 2 tbsp coriander chopped
  • Crispy buttered toast

HOW TO PREPARE BOMBAY-STYLE CHEESY AKURI

    Heat 2 tbsp butter in a pan.

    Add bhuna masala and mix well.
  3. 3

    In a bowl, whisk the eggs and pour them in the pan.

    Take the pan off the fire and grated cheese over the mixture.

    Add salt, red chilli powder, and chopped coriander to the mixture.

    Mix well.

    Serve it with crispy buttered toast.
