  • 10 dry bombil fish
  • 4 tbsp malvani masala
  • 4 fresh bombil fish
  • 1 cup sooji
  • Water

HOW TO PREPARE BOMBAY DUCK FRY

    On a plate, add dry bombil fish and sprinkle water over it.

    Add malvani masala and mix it.

    Shallow fry the fish in the oil.

    In another plate, add bombil fish and sprinkle water over it.

    Coat it in the sooji and shallow fry it until it turns brown.
