  • 2 eggs
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • ½ cup caster sugar
  • ½ cup corn flour
  • ½ cup refined flour
  • 3 tbsp hung curd
  • 3 tbsp cream cheese
  • 1 tsp vanilla essence
  • 1 tsp lemon juice
  • Butter for greasing
  • 1 cup blueberries canned
  • orange slice

HOW TO PREPARE BLUEBERRY CHEESECAKE

    In a bowl whisk eggs with butter.

    Add caster sugar corn flour, refined flour, hung curd, cream cheese, lemon juice, and vanilla essence.

    Mix well.
  4. 4

    Grease the cake tin with butter, pour the batter, and bake the cake at 200 C for 15 min.
  5. 5

    Unmould the cake and top with canned blueberries.
  6. 6

    Garnish with an orange slice.
