INGREDIENTS

  • 2 eggs
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • ½ cup caster sugar
  • ½ cup corn flour
  • ½ cup refined flour
  • 3 tbsp hung curd
  • 3 tbsp cream cheese
  • 1 tsp vanilla essence
  • 1 tsp lemon juice
  • Butter for greasing
  • 1 cup blueberries canned
  • orange slice

PREPARATION

    In a bowl whisk eggs with butter. Add caster sugar corn flour, refined flour, hung curd, cream cheese, lemon juice, and vanilla essence. Mix well. Grease the cake tin with butter, pour the batter, and bake the cake at 200 C for 15 min. Unmould the cake and top with canned blueberries. Garnish with an orange slice.
