INGREDIENTS

  • 1½ cups soy milk
  • ¼ cup blueberries
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • 2 bananas
  • roughly diced
  • 2-3 strawberries
  • frozen
  • 2 -3 tbsp Yogurt
  • For waffles:{½ cup soy flour
  • 1 egg
  • ½ cup Yogurt
  • 1 tbsp dried blueberries
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • 1 tsp oil
  • For base:{2-3 strawberries frozen
  • 1 tsp blueberries dried
  • For garnish:{strawberries
  • blueberries
  • Mint leaves

HOW TO PREPARE BLUEBERRY BANANA SMOOTHIE

    For the smoothie blend soy milk, blueberries, honey, chopped bananas, frozen strawberries, and yogurt until smooth.

    For the waffle batter, whisk soy flour, egg, yogurt, dried blueberries, and honey in a bowl.
  3. 3

    In a sandwich maker, drizzle oil and pour the waffle batter.
  4. 4

    Let it cook for 3 to 4 min.
  5. 5

    To the serving glass, add strawberries and blueberries at the bottom and pour smoothie.
  6. 6

    Serve the drink with soy waffles.
  7. 7

    Garnish with blueberries, strawberries and mint leaves.
