  • 500 gm paneer
  • 1 tbsp black pepper powder
  • 1 tsp paprika powder
  • 1 tsp oregano
  • 1 tsp cumin powder
  • 1 tsp coriander powder
  • salt
  • 1 tsp red chilli flakes
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 6 to 8 shallots
  • 5 Jalapenos
  • 1 cup corn
  • Cracked black pepper
  • ½ diced yellow bell pepper
  • ½ cup milk
  • 1 tsp oil
  • Spring sliced onion
  • Sprouts
  • salt
  • lemon juice
  • olive oil

    To make Blackened Paneer Steak with Corn Puree cut the paneer in a circular shape with a cutter.

    In a plate, take black pepper powder, paprika powder, oregano, cumin powder, coriander powder, salt, red chilli flakes and mix well.

    Apply this mixture onto the paneer.

    Grill the paneer in the pan and put some oil on it and cook it on both sides.

    In a pan add olive oil, onion shallots, jalapenos, corn, salt to taste, cracked black pepper, yellow bell pepper and sauté?.

    Add milk to it and cook it on a low flame.

    Put this in a mixer and blend well.

    Transfer the corn puree onto a plate and place the paneer steak on it.

    Pour some olive oil on the corn puree.

    In a bowl make a salad by mixing together sliced spring onions, sprouts, salt, lemon juice and olive oil and garnish the paneer with it.
