INGREDIENTS

  • Black Sesame seeds - 150 grams
  • Flaxseeds - 150 grams
  • Jaggery - 500 grams
  • Dry Grated Coconut - 50 grams
  • Cardamom( for aromatic tast- 4 Numbers

PREPARATION

  1. 1

    Heat the the pan, add Black Sesame seeds and fry without oil until it becomes lightly brown and transfer to another bowl to cool down after it cools down grind into a fine powder and put aside(don't add water or anything).

    In heated pan add Flaxseeds and fry them without oil until they starts bursting and turn off the flame and leave them to cool down and grind into a fine powder and put aside(don't add water or anything).

    Next, grind grated dry coconut into a fine powder and put aside(don't add water or anything).

    And also make fine powder of cardamom and put aside .

    At last grate jaggery with knife and grind in a mixer adding little quantities of these powders and the jaggery also comes without lumps .

    Mix all the above powders in a thalies and makes round laddus by pressing tightly with your hands.
