INGREDIENTS

  • 1 cup refined flour
  • ½ cup Wheat flour
  • ½ tsp baking powder
  • 3 tsp Powder sugar
  • 1 tbsp butter
  • Buttermilk
  • 50 gm Cheddar Cheese
  • 1 tbsp black pepper powder
  • olive oil to brush
  • black pepper powder to dust
  • whipped cream
  • black pepper powder

HOW TO PREPARE BLACK PEPPER CHEDDAR SKILLET BISCUITS

    Make dough in a bowl by mixing refined flour wheat flour, baking powder, powder sugar, olive oil, butter, buttermilk, grated Cheddar cheese and black pepper powder.

    Make small roundels of the dough and cut them from centre with a pair of scissors, to give them a shape.
  3. 3

    Brush some olive oil on the roundels and sprinkle pepper powder on it.
  4. 4

    Heat the skillet and place the roundels on it.
  5. 5

    Put a lid and let it cook for two minutes.
  6. 6

    Remove the lid, turn the biscuits and heat on a low flame.
  7. 7

    Use whipped cream, black pepper powder and grated cheese for garnish.
