Biscuit Pudding
All you need are your good ol' digestive biscuits, chocolate sauce, sprinkles and a touch of fresh cream among other ingredients to bake this biscuit pudding!

INGREDIENTS

  • ½ cup digestive biscuits
  • Baking powder
  • a pinch
  • water

HOW TO PREPARE BISCUIT PUDDING

  1. 1

    Grind digestive biscuits in a mixture.
  2. 2

    In a bowl, combine digestive biscuit powder and baking powder.
  3. 3

    Fold the mixture by adding water.
  4. 4

    The batter for the pudding is ready.
  5. 5

    Transfer the batter in two different sized of moulds.
  6. 6

    Preheat an oven at 200 C.
  7. 7

    Bake the batter filled moulds for 10 min at 175 C.
  8. 8

    Unmould the pudding carefully on the platform.
  9. 9

    Transfer the pudding to a plate, add chocolate sauce on it.
  10. 10

    Transfer to the serving plate.
  11. 11

    Garnish with heart shaped toppings and fresh cream.
