INGREDIENTS

  • Maida- 2 cups
  • Yeast- 1 tsp
  • Sugar- 1 tsp
  • Oil- 2 tsp
  • Lukewarm Water- 1 cup

PREPARATION

    First add sugar and lukewarm water to the yeast.and let it rest aside. Then seive the maida andin a bowl mix the yeast and maida and knead a soft dough. Keep it aside to ferment for 20 mins. After 20 mins roll out the dough give the desired shape and keep it to ferment for more 15 mins. Then bake It in a preheated oven for 25 mins at 18Serve ur bun with maska, chai, chicken stew etc.
