INGREDIENTS

  • Boild potatoes , roasted cumin powder , salt, black papper, finely chopped green chilly red, onions,coriende leves, lemon juice , sugar, aam chur powder, red chilli powder, turmeric powder, fennel seeds, corn flour, all purpose flour, vermicelli, oil, panner, dry mint leaves powdeOil for frying , fresh mint leaves for garnish

PREPARATION

    Take 8-10 size boiled potatoes pilled n mashed finelNow add salt as per test, add finely choped 1 red onion, 1/2 cup finely chopped corriender leaves, add red chilly powder, tumeric powder, cumin powder, coriander powder and aamchur powder as per tesAdd 1 tea spoon fennel seeds, lemon juice as per test, 1 tb spoon sugar, 1 ts black paper powder .

    Nw mix everything n keep a sidNow take panner (Here I took 2 cups milk n made panner from iJust made before 1 hnow add salt as per test add some mint leaves powder I added around 2 pinch, lemon juice n kneed panner for 8-10 mints to make soft like dough.. now make small balls n make a egg shape n keep in covered bowl .

    Now take 3 tb spoon maida n corn flour n add required water n make slurry in bowIn one plate take around 1 cup vermicelli n broke iNow take potato mixture in palm make a big ball like laddu make a well n spread like nest . Deep in slurry n coating with vermicelli n keep in platReady all nest from potato mixturTake oil fro deep fry in paHit oil on medium to high flame n put some vermicelli to fry if it’s come up immediately thn put nest tikki to fry n take out once vermicelli n slurry layer fried properly . I fried one tikki at a timNow fry all the remaining tikkis in same waN transfer on kitchen towel in platNow transfer to serving platPut 3 panner eggs in each nest n garnish with 2 fresh mint leaveAm having bird fruit fork so put on tikki as garnisN served with tomato ketchuOther chutny or deep also can b use.
