  • 250 gm aate ka choker (wheat bran)
  • 1 tsp desi ghee
  • salt to taste
  • water as required
  • ½ lit water
  • 1 cup date jaggery (khajur ka gud)
  • 1 cup cane sugar jaggery (ganne ka gud)
  • 500 ml oil
  • 1 tsp desi ghee
  • 2 tbsp white sesame seeds
  • 2-3 tbsp wheat bran
  • mint rose petals
  • powdered sugar

    To make Bhonge Laddoo, make dough in a flat plate by adding flour bran, desi ghee, salt and water.

    Allow the dough to dry by giving it a desired shape.
  3. 3

    Make thin syrup of water, dates jaggery and sugarcane jaggery in a pan.
  4. 4

    On the other hand, fry the Bhonge laddoos and let it dry after fried.

    Keep the dried laddoos in sugar syrup for around 2 hours.

    Heat desi ghee in a pan, add sesame seeds and bran and roast it together.

    Serve Bhonge laddoo in a plate, mix roasted sesame seeds, bran and sugar syrup on it, and garnish it with pieces of mints, rose petals and sugar powder.

    Soaked laddoo is ready.
