  • 1 tbsp oil
  • 1 cup sliced onion
  • 3 to 4 chopped green chillies
  • 10 to 12 lady’s fingers
  • 1 cup sliced red bell peppers
  • 1 tbsp ginger paste
  • 1 tbsp garlic paste
  • 1 cup sliced tomatoes
  • 1 tbsp All ground spice
  • 1 tsp red chilli powder
  • salt to taste
  • water
  • For Garnish 2 wedges Lemon

    Heat oil in a pan. Saute sliced onion and chopped green chillies. Add lady's fingers to the pan. Mix well. Add sliced red bell peppers ginger paste, garlic paste, and sliced tomatoes. Cook well. Add all ground spice, red chilli powder, and salt. Add water if required. Once cooked, transfer bhindi to a serving bowl. Garnish with a lemon wedges and serve hot.
