INGREDIENTS

  • 1 tbsp oil
  • 1 cup sliced onion
  • 3 to 4 chopped green chillies
  • 10 to 12 lady’s fingers
  • 1 cup sliced red bell peppers
  • 1 tbsp ginger paste
  • 1 tbsp garlic paste
  • 1 cup sliced tomatoes
  • 1 tbsp All ground spice
  • 1 tsp red chilli powder
  • salt to taste
  • water
  • For Garnish: 2 wedges Lemon

HOW TO PREPARE BHINDI KADAI

    Heat oil in a pan.
  2. 2

    Saute sliced onion and chopped green chillies.
  3. 3

    Add lady's fingers to the pan.
  4. 4

    Mix well.
  5. 5

    Add sliced red bell peppers ginger paste, garlic paste, and sliced tomatoes.

    Cook well.
  7. 7

    Add all ground spice, red chilli powder, and salt.
  8. 8

    Add water if required.
  9. 9

    Once cooked, transfer bhindi to a serving bowl.
  10. 10

    Garnish with a lemon wedges and serve hot.
