INGREDIENTS

  • 200 gms black soyabean dal
  • 1 beetroot
  • 1 cup milk
  • 4 tbsp ghee
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 2 tbsp ghee
  • Dry pistachios
  • Raisins

HOW TO PREPARE BHATT KI DAL KA HALWA

    Soak black soyabean dal and remove skin.

    Add beetroot, milk and make a paste of it.
  3. 3

    Heat ghee in a pan.
  4. 4

    Add paste and stir till it thicken.
  5. 5

    Add sugar and mix for 5 minutes.
  6. 6

    Heat ghee in a another pan and fry pistachios, Raisins.
  7. 7

    Add to Halwa and mix.
