INGREDIENTS

  • 1½ cup rice, boiled
  • 1 tsp red chilli powder
  • 1 tsp turmeric powder
  • ¾ tsp cumin powder
  • 2 tsp coriander, chopped, Salt to taste
  • 2 tbsp sugar
  • 2 tbsp gram flour
  • 1 tbsp Curd
  • 2 tsp lemon syrup
  • 4-5 tbsp oil, Oil for frying
  • FOR accompaniment
  • 2 tbsp oil
  • 2 tbsp Curd
  • 2 tsp sugar
  • 1 tsp red chilli powder
  • 2 tsp coriander chopped
  • Salt to taste
  • 3-4green chilliessliced
  • FOR curd accompaniment
  • 2 tbsp Curd
  • 2 tsp oil
  • 1coriander chopped
  • Salt to taste
  • 1 tsp cumin powder
  • 1 tsp sugar
  • 1 tsp lemon syrup
  • FOR garnish
  • cumin powder

HOW TO PREPARE BHAAT NA GHAYADA

    Mix the ingredients well.

    Flatten the balls of the mixture and shallow fry them in hot oil.
  3. 3

    In a bowl, add the oil, chilli powder, salt, sugar, coriander, and green chilli.

    Mix well.

    In a separate bowl, mix the curd, oil, sugar, chopped coriander, roasted cumin powder, and lemon juice.
  6. 6

    Serve with the accompaniments as suggested.
