INGREDIENTS

  • Besan 1/2 cup
  • Suji 2 tbsp
  • Dry Coconut powder 4 tbsp
  • Milk powder 3/4 cup
  • Dry fruits almond,pistaa, watermelon seeds
  • Ilachi 2-3
  • Kesar few strands
  • Sugar 1/2 cup
  • Water 1/2 cup
  • Ghee 1/2 cup

PREPARATION

  1. 1

    Roast besan& suji with ghee for 5-6 min don't make it brown.just till it fragrance of besan started coming then switch off gas.

    In other pan cook water and sugar with ilachi powder nd kesar till it become sticky only.

    Add coconut powder nd milk powder gradually to besan mixture.

    After mixing above gradually add sugar syrup.
  5. 5

    Set it in precoated ghee container.Garnish with dry fruits.
  6. 6

    After 1/2 hr cut in to desired shape and size.
