INGREDIENTS

  • 500 ml Milk
  • 1 cup Gram flour
  • 10 soaked Dates
  • 2 tsp Jaggery
  • 2 tbsp ghee
  • ½ tsp Cardamom powder
  • Pinch of Nutmeg powder
  • 4 to 5 slices of Pistachio
  • 1 tsp Pistachio paste
  • ½ tsp ghee

HOW TO PREPARE BESAN KI KHEER

    Heat milk in pan , Add paste of dates, jaggery and stir.

    Dry roast gram flour in a pan till golden brown.
  3. 3

    Warm ghee another pan and add roasted gram flour and fry.
  4. 4

    Add mix of milk into roasted gram flour, add Cardamom powder, nutmeg powder and cook kheer to a medium consistency.
  5. 5

    Garnish with sliced pistachio, cardamom powder, pistachio paste, ghee and serve warm.
