  • 3 cup gram flour
  • 1 cup yoghurt
  • 1 tbsp cumin seeds
  • 1/2 cup water
  • salt to taste
  • 1/2 tsp chilli powder
  • 1/2 tsp garam masala powder
  • 1/2 tsp baking soda
  • 1-2 tbsp oil
  • 4-5 tbsp oil
  • ½ tsp fenugreek seeds
  • 1 tbsp cumin seeds
  • 1 tbsp ginger-garlic paste
  • 1 tbsp coriander powder
  • 1 tbsp turmeric
  • 1-2 tbsp deghi chilli powder
  • 1 cup curd
  • water as required
  • 250-300 ml oil
  • coriander leaves for garnish

    Make a thick batter by mixing gram flour, curd, cumin, water in a bowl and then add salt, red chili, garam masala and sweet soda.

    Pour the gram flour mixture in the hot pan and cook it for 2 to 3 minutes, then add oil and fry it, let the cooked gram flour cool in a bowl.

    Heat oil in a pan, add sweet soda, cumin, and ginger garlic paste, salt, coriander powder, turmeric, deggi chilli and fry the spices, then add some curd and roast it on low flame, then add water and stir it well.

    Now heat oil in a pan then cut the gram flour into pieces, fry it and place over the curry, and serve with coriander.
