INGREDIENTS

  • 75 gm clarified butter
  • 150 gm gram flour
  • 80 gm caster sugar
  • 1 tsp powdered cardamom
  • 50 gm cashew nut powder
  • FOR For Garnish
  • Cashew nuts and almonds
  • Rose petals as required
  • Almond flakes

HOW TO PREPARE BESAN KE LADDU

  1. 1

    Heat clarified butter in a pan.
  2. 2

    Roast gram flour in butter until it becomes golden brown.
  3. 3

    Add powdered sugar and cardamom powder and mix.
  4. 4

    Turn off the gas.
  5. 5

    Transfer this mixture onto a plate and let it cool.
  6. 6

    Make laddus with the mixture.
  7. 7

    Decorate the serving dish with rose petals.
  8. 8

    Arrange the laddus and garnish with cashew nuts and almonds.
  9. 9

    Sprinkle some badam flakes too.
