INGREDIENTS

  • 75 gm clarified butter
  • 150 gm gram flour
  • 80 gm caster sugar
  • 1 tsp powdered cardamom
  • 50 gm cashew nut powder
  • For Garnish Cashew nuts and almonds
  • Rose petals as required
  • Almond flakes

PREPARATION

    Heat clarified butter in a pan. Roast gram flour in butter till it becomes golden brown. Add powdered sugar and cardamom powder and mix. Turn off the gas. Transfer this mixture to a plate and cool. Make laddus with the mixture. Decorate the serving dish with rose petals. Arrange the laddus and garnish with cashew nuts and almonds. Sprinkle some badam flakes too.
