INGREDIENTS

  • 100 gm gram flour
  • 1 chopped Tomato
  • 2 to 3 chopped green chillies
  • 1 tsp chopped coriander
  • ½ tsp turmeric powder
  • ½ tsp red chilli powder
  • 1 tsp clarified butter
  • salt to taste
  • water
  • For ServingTomato chilli sauce
  • For Garnish: chopped coriander

HOW TO PREPARE BESAN KA PUDDA

    Prepare a batter with gram flour and water.
  2. 2

    Add chopped onion, tomatoes, green chillies, and coriander.
  3. 3

    Mix well with the besan batter.
  4. 4

    Season with salt, turmeric powder, and red chilli powder.
  5. 5

    Heat a little butter in a pan.
  6. 6

    Pour a ladle of batter in the hot pan to make a pancake.
  7. 7

    Cook both sides till the colour becomes slightly brown.
  8. 8

    Likewise make other puddas too.
  9. 9

    Transfer the puddas to a serving plate.
  10. 10

    Garnish with chopped coriander.
  11. 11

    Serve with tomato chilli sauce.
