INGREDIENTS

  • 100 gm gram flour
  • 1 chopped Tomato
  • 2 to 3 chopped green chillies
  • 1 tsp chopped coriander
  • ½ tsp turmeric powder
  • ½ tsp red chilli powder
  • 1 tsp clarified butter
  • salt to taste
  • water
  • For ServingTomato chilli sauce
  • For Garnish chopped coriander

PREPARATION

    Prepare a batter with gram flour and water. Add chopped onion, tomatoes, green chillies, and coriander. Mix well with the besan batter. Season with salt, turmeric powder, and red chilli powder. Heat a little butter in a pan. Pour a ladle of batter in the hot pan to make a pancake. Cook both sides till the colour becomes slightly brown. Likewise make other puddas too. Transfer the puddas to a serving plate. Garnish with chopped coriander. Serve with tomato chilli sauce.
