  • 2 tsp Fresh yeast
  • ½ cup milk
  • 2 tsp icing sugar
  • 2 cups
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 2 tbsp olive oil, refined flour
  • ½ cup
  • 1 tbsp icing sugar
  • 2 tsp cinnamon powder
  • FOR garnish
  • olive oil
  • cinnamon powder

    Mix fresh yeast, milk and icing sugar in a bowl.
  2. 2

    Steam the mixture for 30 ? 40 secs and set aside.
  3. 3

    Prepare a dough in a bowl with refined flour, butter, olive oil, milk and the yeast mix.

    Grease the dough with oil to make it smooth and set it aside for an hour.
  5. 5

    Roll out the dough and sprinkle refined flour over it.
  6. 6

    Add dried cranberries, icing sugar, and cinnamon powder and roll the dough into a cylindrical shape.

    Apply milk to seal the roll and dust the roll with refined flour.
  8. 8

    Slit the roll vertically into half.
  9. 9

    Dab the roll with the milk-wash and swirl the roll making a circle.
  10. 10

    Apply milk to the roll again and dust some flour on to it.
  11. 11

    Bake it for 27 ? 30 min.

    Garnish the bread with olive oil and cinnamon powder.
