Melt white chocolate using a double boiler. Heat a pan and add sliced strawberries. Add strawberry puree caster sugar, and lemon juice. Mix well. Add fresh cream to the melted white chocolate and mix well. Pour strawberry puree at the base of the serving glass. Add the cooked strawberry chunks as the next layer. Add the white chocolate mixture as another layer. Add some cream on the top of the chocolate layer. Add some puree again. Add some more cooked strawberry chunks. Fill a piping bag with fresh cream and pipe it on top of the dessert. Add some chopped strawberries too and serve.
