INGREDIENTS

  • Half litre Milk
  • Yogurt , 2/3 spoon
  • Sugar , 2/3 spoon
  • Cardamom powder , half spoon
  • Dry fruit powder , 1 spoon

PREPARATION

    Boil the milk 2/3 times.
  2. 2

    Leave it at a cool and dry place.
  3. 3

    Now heat a frying pan.
  4. 4

    Add sugar in the pan .
  5. 5

    Stir it well untill it turns into caramel .
  6. 6

    Add the caramel into the milk .
  7. 7

    Stir it well untill bubbles come .
  8. 8

    Add yogurt in the milk.
  9. 9

    Stir well.

    Add dry fruit powder .
  11. 11

    add cardamom powder too .
  12. 12

    Stir well again.

    Leave it for 5 - 6 hours at a dry and little heated place.
