Take pearl millet flour in a bowl. Add equal quantity of all purpose flour in this. Mix well by pouring water and prepare the dough. In another bowl, take the grated beetroot, chopped onions, chopped coriander leaves, mango powder, coriander powder and salt. Mix them well. Slightly flatten a portion of the dough in the hand and stuff it with beetroot filling. Wrap all sides and then flatten it using a roller to a paratha shape. Sprinkle some black sesame seeds on the top of the paratha. Heat a little ghee in a pan. Place the paratha on the melted ghee and cook both sides. Transfer it to a plate. Garnish it with tomato ketchup by making a smiley face on the paratha.
