INGREDIENTS

  • 2 tbsp ghee
  • ¼ cup grated beetroot
  • ¼ cup milk fudge
  • 2 to 3 tbsp sugar
  • 2 tsp cardamom powder
  • Almonds peeled
  • Almonds
  • Mint leaves

HOW TO PREPARE BEETROOT HALWA

  1. 1

    Heat a pan add ghee and grated beetroot , mix well.
  2. 2

    Add milk fudge sugar, and cardamom powder.
  3. 3

    Mix well.
  4. 4

    Take a spoonful of halwa in a spoon and give a nice shape with the help of another spoon and remove it on the serving plate.
  5. 5

    Garnish with peeled almonds, almonds, and mint leaves.
