  • 1 litre milk
  • 4 to 5 grated beetroot
  • 1 cup of sugar
  • 1/2 tsp green cardamom powder
  • 2 tbsp ghee
  • 2 tbsp cashew nuts
  • 20 gm raisins
  • 2 tbsp almonds
  • chopped pistachios

    In a pan, add milk and let it boil. Add grated beetroot and let it soak in milk.

    Add sugar, green cardamom powder, ghee and mix it well and let it cook. Add chopped cashew nuts, raisins, almonds and mix it well.

    Garnish with chopped pistachios and serve.
