- 1 litre milk
- 4 to 5 grated beetroot
- 1 cup of sugar
- 1/2 tsp green cardamom powder
- 2 tbsp ghee
- 2 tbsp cashew nuts
- 20 gm raisins
- 2 tbsp almonds
- chopped pistachios
- In a pan, add milk and let it boil. Add grated beetroot and let it soak it in milk.
- Add sugar, green cardamom powder, ghee and mix it well and let it cook. Add chopped cashew nuts, raisins, almonds and mix it well.
- Garnish with chopped pistachios and serve.
