INGREDIENTS

  • 3 tbsp coconut yogurt
  • 2 tbsp beetroot syrup (beetroot juice boiled with honey)
  • 8-10 blueberries
  • 8-10 red currants
  • 1/2 ruby beetroot
  • 1/2 golden beetroot
  • 1/2 chioggia beetroot

PREPARATION

    In a plate, take 3 tbsp coconut yogurt and drizzle beetroot syrup on it.

    Top it with blueberries, red currants.
  3. 3

    Grate the ruby beetroot, golden beetroot, Chioggia beetroot and place the grated beetroot on the yogurt.
