- 3 tbsp coconut yogurt
- 2 tbsp beetroot syrup (beetroot juice boiled with honey)
- 8-10 blueberries
- 8-10 red currants
- 1/2 ruby beetroot
- 1/2 golden beetroot
- 1/2 chioggia beetroot
- In a plate, take 3 tbsp coconut yogurt and drizzle beetroot syrup on it.
- Top it with blueberries, red currants.
- Grate the ruby beetroot, golden beetroot, Chioggia beetroot and place the grated beetroot on the yogurt.
- Beetroot Coconut Yogurt Bowl is ready to serve.
